
Ellen G. Hendrickson is a dedicated attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, contracts, family law, and personal injury. Admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2021 and the Middle District Court of Tennessee, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, combining legal expertise with a background as a Registered Nurse.
Ellen immigrated from Manila, Philippines, to the United States to work as a nurse, driven by her commitment to providing a better future for her two daughters. After more than a decade in healthcare, she pursued her passion for law, earning her Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
Before founding Hendrickson Law with her husband, Jeff Hendrickson, Ellen gained valuable experience at Baker Law Group, where she worked on estate planning, family law, probate, contracts, and personal injury. She also worked for a short period at Brewer, Krause, Brooks & Chastain, gaining experience in insurance defense. Additionally, she served as a paralegal in the Medicaid Fraud & Integrity Division at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office.
Beyond her legal career, Ellen enjoys baking cakes and gardening—both reflecting her creativity and nurturing spirit. She is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Tennessee Nurses Association and an engaged member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Brentwood, TN. Committed to her faith and community, she strives to provide compassionate, results-driven legal services.
